Damages and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us without delay if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and fix the problem. Claims arising from recognizable defects are only valid if we are notified of the defects within a period of thirty (30)  days.

 

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within a period of thirty (30) days without  any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty (30) days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (neowelt media group gmbh, Bahnhofstraße 30, 85609 Aschheim, Germany: Tel. +49 (0)89 94497780 Fax +49 (0)89 9449778 20, E-Mail: service@weltmann-munich.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by e-mail, by letter sent by post or by fax) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

 

Consequences of withdrawal

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without  delay and no later than within thirty (30) days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. However, our  repayment is subject to the receipt of  the goods back. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than within a period of thirty (30) days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You shall bear the burden of proof for the dispatch and receipt of the goods at our premises (tracking). You must pay for any loss in value of the goods only if this loss in value is due to a handling of the goods that is not necessary for the examination of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods. In any case, the item must be unworn and unused. We also politely ask for return in the original packaging.

 

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by you is decisive or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs.
