SpacePilot® Strap Ultra – A Watch Strap Rooted in Space History, Reimagined for the Apple Watch Ultra.
With the SpacePilotStrap Ultra, WELTMANN brings a functional concept from the early days of space exploration into the present – adapted to the bold design of the Apple Watch Ultra.
The strap is based on the rugged Velcro® designs used for professional timepieces during the Apollo missions. It follows the original NASA specifications.
For the Ultra version, the strap was re-engineered in width and fitted with custom-made adapters that integrate seamlessly with the Apple Watch Ultra's case. Each piece is handcrafted in Munich, in collaboration with a local social initiative.
The strap bears the historic mission number of the first manned Moon landing.
The durable textile strap is available in two colorways: Original Olive and Full Black. Minimalist and purpose-built, it remains true to its origins – utilitarian, stripped-down, and highly functional.

PS: Astronauts had their own way of wearing this kind of strap – a small functional detail with a big legacy, gladly passed on by WELTMANN.
